requiring less walking to more active excursions such as cycling and
kayaking, each providing you with an opportunity to explore the points
that interest you most at the ports you are visiting. All Crystal Adventures
shore excursions may be pre-reserved.
A book of Crystal Adventures shore excursion options will be included with
your pre-cruise documents so that you can familiarize yourself with the
tours available prior to embarkation. Once on board, you can book your
tours through the ship's Shore Excursions Desk. The Shore Excursions
staff also offers informative talks on each port of call, providing shopping
tips and things to look forward to while ashore.
Please note that all guests participating in Crystal Adventures shore

cruise during which the excursion is offered. Crystal regrets that visitors
and outside guests cannot be accommodated on the tours ashore.
Please check your tickets to ensure they list the specific Crystal Adventures
shore excursion(s) which you pre-reserved. If the tour listed on the
ticket(s) you receive is incorrect, please bring the ticket(s) to the
Shore Excursion Desk to exchange them for the correct tour. Failure to
bring incorrect tour tickets to the attention prior to the departure

Wheelchair Access, Use of Scooters & Power Wheelchairs & Facilities
for the Physically Challenged
Guests with any disability, including those primarily confined to wheelchairs
or scooters, are medically oxygen dependent, are hearing impaired or
use service animals, must notify Crystal Cruises at the time of booking
as they may be required to submit forms for Release and Indemnity directly
to Onboard Guest Services prior to sailing.
Guests must bring their own wheelchair, electrically powered wheelchair
or electric scooter that does not exceed 22" wide. Release and Indemnity
forms are required and must be submitted to Onboard Guest Services at
least two (2) weeks prior to sailing. Please note: Crystal Cruises reserves
the right to limit the number of electric scooters on board.
Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity were designed to be accessible
for the physically challenged, with ramp access to most decks and public
areas. Ships' elevators can accommodate most wheelchairs, power
wheelchairs or motorized scooters that do not exceed 22" wide, allowing
access to all public decks. It is strongly recommended that the guest
be accompanied by a traveling companion for better access to all areas
on and around both Crystal ships, as well as ashore.
Certain staterooms offer extra-wide doors, fully wheelchair-accessible
bathrooms and wheelchair-accessible closets with low-fitted hanging rods.
Some suites offer limited wheelchair access to personal facilities. Staterooms
and suites designated for guests with disabilities are subject to availability
and must be reserved prior to boarding the ship.
As some ports of call are anchorage ports and others may be challenging,
physical conditions may preclude guests requiring wheelchairs or scooters
from going ashore. This decision is made at the discretion of the ship's
Captain or doctor, and is binding.
The onboard Shore Excursions staff is able to assist with recommendations
on which Crystal Adventures tours, if any, are best suited for physically
challenged guests.
Additional conditions may apply and should be discussed in detail with
Onboard Guest Services at time of booking.

Experience the sublime and the sensuous in the Crystal Spa: the first floating
spa to use the principles of Feng Shui. In 2007, the readers of Condé Nast
Traveler named Crystal Cruises the Number One Cruise Line
Spa in the magazine's prestigious 2007 reader's poll. The Crystal
Spa was awarded its highest score yet to date with an overall rating of 90
points, more than six points ahead of its nearest competition. Superior service
and state-of-the-art facilities and amenities propelled the Crystal Spa
into first place.
Treatments include: Aroma Stone Therapy, Japanese Silk Booster Facial and
Well-Being Massage…all enjoyed in the relaxing spa with beautiful Asian
artifacts and the peaceful ambiance of Feng Shui. The spa features panoramic
sea views, which surround a facility offering sauna, steam, a full-service
hair salon and a well-equipped fitness center. Relax the mind, body and soul,
and indulge in a Pathway to Yoga class, or enhance your physique with the modern-age
Pilates Reformer, all under the guidance of a qualified fitness director. Other

Debbie Rocker's weighted vests have become one of the world's most popular
exercise accessories. And now, Ms. Rocker brings these vests on board with
an exciting new program developed exclusively for Crystal Cruises: "Walk-On-Water" (WOW).
Designed to maximize the health benefits of walking, the innovative program,
featuring Ms. Rocker's revolutionary weighted WALKVEST® by Debbie
Rocker, allows guests to expand their fitness regimen in idyllic settings around
the world. Tailor-made for Crystal and taking advantage of the renowned wraparound
Promenade Deck, Ms. Rocker's WOW regimen was introduced on Crystal Harmony's
holiday cruise and is now available fleetwide.
The main feature of the Walk-On-Water program is Ms. Rocker's exclusive WALKVEST,
a lightweight cotton vest with weight pockets strategically located around
the mid-section. In contrast to exercising with hand-held or ankle weights,
which may alter the natural stride and can wrench the spine, WALKVEST places
weights around the waistline, providing better support and equilibrium control.
More than a dozen specially designed weight pockets hold one or more weights
in half-pound increments, allowing for a gradual increase from two to sixteen
pounds. The WOW program adds customized motivational music-driven audiotapes,
a day-by-day guided walking program, and educational instructions on how to
walk safely and effectively.
Each ship features at least 50 WALKVESTs, customized with the Crystal
logo, and Ms. Rocker personally trained the sports directors on teaching the WOW-WALKVEST walking
program.

Sometimes,
after a long day's adventure ashore or a full schedule of activities on board,
the very best option for dinner is to order in. Leave your formal wear in the
closet and dine in your bathrobe and slippers, if you wish, with a full selection
of delectable dishes from your In-Suite & In-Stateroom Dining menu. You
may also order from the evening's menu in the Crystal Dining Room, or request

When
a cruise line puts as much of an emphasis on offering their guests a superb
culinary experience as Crystal does, you expect a wine list to match. Chosen
to represent a broad range of wines from the world in which we sail, our wine
list is unparalleled among our competitors. From vintage years of first-growth
Bordeaux and California cult Cabernets, to excellent value wines from countries
like Spain and Australia. Crystal Cruises is proud to introduce our exclusive "C" vintages.
Our "C" wines include three reserve and three premium selections of Cabernet
Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot.
Inspired by the rich tradition of wine makers to gather and showcase their
most treasured vintages, dinners served in the elegant Vintage Room aboard both
Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony are the ultimate experience for wine
enthusiasts.
Working in tandem with our expert sommeliers, the culinary
team creates menus to showcase the unique attributes of each vintage, with
exceptional selections from famed wine-making regions such as Bordeaux
and Napa Valley. These “Wine Makers Dinners” are savored by connoisseurs
and novices alike, eager to discover appellations not easily accessible in
stores and restaurants, from a first-growth Bordeaux to a classic Spanish Vega
Sicilia.
Offered several times during each voyage, you and your traveling
companions may reserve a seat at the Vintage Room table for an all-inclusive
cost of $210 per person (wine, cuisine and gratuity), joining a minimum of 10
other guests for the extravagant culinary experience.
Or, by special
arrangement with our Head Sommelier, you may play the role of "wine maker"
yourself, hosting a private party of up to 12 (Crystal Symphony; $2,000
all-inclusive) and 14 (Crystal Serenity; $2,100 all-inclusive). You choose the
wines from our exclusive Reserve Wine List, and consult with our Executive Chef
on the perfect pairing menu. All charges are then posted to your shipboard
account.
To pre-reserve a seating or private dinner, please contcat your
Cruise Expert for details. Please note that the date of your Vintage Room dinner
will be determined closer to sailing date as a minimum of 10 guests must confirm
participation for the event to be offered. Full payment for the booking must be
made at least 180 days before the sail date of your voyage.
